Looks like we won't be eating a lot of food at home! It is a crazy-evening week.
I have been trying to eat different variations of spinach salads for lunch! I get a lot of my ideas from my friend Annie who is doing the YogaYaweh cleanse; she posts them on instagram. I also have been getting a lot of meal ideas from Eating_Whole. She has amazing toddler meals as well!
I have cut out gluten for almost a full year now. I am, once again for about the 50th time, cutting out dairy! When I avoid it, I feel so much better. I don't feel bloated or slow, and I don't constantly cough!
Here is to another week! Have you had to cut anything out in order to feel better? Is now the time? It is absurd to think that the food of our making is becoming poison to our bodies.
